The In-House Marking Process
Digital Cutting with a Plotter
The mirror-reversed vector design is sent to the high-speed cutting plotter. The blade cuts the heat-transfer vinyl while leaving the transfer backing intact.
Manual Deburring & Contour Inspection
The operator carefully uses the fine tip to remove all excess vinyl fragments, leaving only the final logo or text on the transfer sheet.
Pneumatic Thermal Pressing & Peeling
The design is positioned on the garment and then heat-pressed according to the recommended temperature, duration, and pressure for the vinyl and fabric. The backing is removed while hot or cold, depending on the product used.
