The In-House Marking Process
Digital Cutting with a Laser Plotter
The mirror-reversed vector design is sent to the high-speed cutting plotter. The micro-carbide blade cuts the heat-transfer vinyl with surgical precision without piercing the transparent liner.
Manual Deburring & Contour Inspection
The operator carefully uses the fine tip to remove all excess vinyl fragments, leaving only the final logo or text on the transfer sheet.
Pneumatic Thermal Pressing & Peeling
Laser alignment on the garment, heat-pressing at 155°C under 4 bars of constant pressure for 15 seconds, followed by hot or cold peeling to achieve a fused bond with the fabric.
